Workshop Focus: British Culture / Teamwork / English Practice

This workshop encourages students to work as a team as they 'travel across the UK' exploring the different dishes of the country. Will they complete the challenge before time is up?

​

This workshop includes the option of taste-testing some British snacks and sauces and the option to ask the British facilitator about anything food-related. 

 

What better way to practice English than through theatre games with a British theatre professional? This workshop is designed to be a low-pressure, playful way to refresh English vocab.

​

We will set up the workshop as a safe space to try new things and be supported by the rest of the class. 

​

Students will be encouraged to speak in English no matter what level they are. We will help to correct students' English, but this is not the main aim. The main aims are for students to try to communicate using English they already know and feel the freedom to play as they develop this second language.
